Return & exchange policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms:
Returns will be accepted within 5 days of the Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (e.g., damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
Process of Returning an Item
- Make a Video Recording: During the unboxing, make a video recording and share it with us as proof.
- Review by QA Team: Our QA team will review the video and the return request.
- Return Processing: If the product is eligible under our return policy, we will process it further, and our delivery agent will arrange to pick it up.
Orders and Cancellations
Our primary aim is to serve the customer's best interest. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject orders if necessary. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on orders once they are placed, as each order is specially made for the customer and therefore cannot be returned.
However, we do provide exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. You are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item for an exchange.
We do not take international orders and also do not promote order cancellations.
